Our firm represents individuals with criminal records who are eligible to have their criminal records deleted from the files of all courts, detention facilities, correctional facilities and law enforcement agencies. We petition the court to have our client's prior detection, arrest, apprehension, trial or disposition of an offense within the criminal justice system deleted, pursuant to statute. We ensure all complaints, warrants, arrests, commitments, processing records, fingerprints, photographs, index cards, rap sheets, and judicial docket records pertaining to our clients are expunged. We obtain a Court Order granting our clients expungment relief. Expungement relief allows our clients to thereafter answer questions on documents, such as job applications, as though they have never had any prior contact with the criminal justice system.
