Our firm represents landlords and provide initial counseling on the requirements regarding registering leasehold property with the municipality, the law regarding security deposits, the selection of tenants, lead disclosure requirements and the duties of property owners. Our firm also drafts documents, including but not limited to, tenancy applications, lease agreements and leasehold rules and regualtions. We utilize our breadth of knowlege in the area of landlord tenancy to draft documents that will protect the rights of landlords in the event of litigation. We are skilled practitioners in the area of eviction proceedings and provide our clients with competent representation.
TENANT
Our firm represents tenants and seeks to ensure tenants rights are not violated. Our firm reviews leases, assure tenants are not wrongfully evicted, and diligently represent tenants in eviction actions. We assure proper statutory notices are given and that the landlord complies with the eviction statutes. We ensure our clients are afforded all entitled protections of the law.
